Purpose of processing your personal data:

At FÉLIX DE MÚRTIGA we process your personal data for the purpose of carrying out correctly the professional management and commercial relationship and contact with you, the Customer, to facilitate the provision of the service.

Another purpose is to use your data to send satisfaction surveys on the products and/or services you use and to send you commercial communications on products and/or services related with them which you have requested, via any means, including electronic, and even after the termination of the commercial relationship.

The personal data provided will be conserved as long as the commercial and professional relationship is maintained and for five years afterwards, in accordance with the legal requirements. Throughout this period, the data may be placed at the disposal of the competent public administration in the matter, following a request for said data for justified reasons.

Legitimisation for processing your data: 

The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the responsible party, the performance of commercial relationships with the interested party and their consent, as the case may be, in accepting this privacy policy. Likewise, the sending of commercial communications to Customers by electronic and telephonic means related with the contracted services and products is legally covered by the Information Society Services Act.

Communication or Transfer of Data and International Data Transfers:

Your data may be transferred to the companies of the INCARLOPSA Group (the “Group”), on the legal basis of the legitimate interest of FÉLIX DE MÚRTIGA in complying with the purpose of the processing.

Your data may only be used for the purposes set out in the previous section, in accordance with the principles of transparency and limitation of purpose.

Your data will be transferred in those cases in which it is legally required by public bodies with competence in the matter.

Rights:

Any person is entitled to obtain confirmation on whether FÉLIX DE MÚRTIGA is processing personal data which concerns them, and in such case, they are entitled to access their personal data, the purposes of said processing and the categories of personal data in question.

In certain circumstances, and for reasons related with your particular situation, you may object to the processing of your data. FÉLIX DE MÚRTIGA will cease processing it except in the case of imperative legal requirements or the exercise of or defence against possible complaints.

You will be entitled to receive any personal data which you may have provided in a structured format and to transfer it to another responsible party for processing, the responsible party to which it was provided being unable to prevent this, when said processing is based on consent, or when the processing is carried out by automated means.

When the affected persons exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection, limitation of processing, portability of data and non-subjection to individualised automated decisions, they must announce this by e-mail to the address info@incarlopsa.es.

Said persons may also submit a complaint to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, especially when they have not obtained a satisfactory response to the exercise of their rights, via its electronic office at www.aepd.es.
